If you’ve always been fascinated by Balinese food then why not trade a day of city life for a few hours in the village learning how to cook healthy local food! Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to see a side of Bali rarely visited by tourists, meet the friendly locals, and experience the true culture of Bali you would otherwise never know of during a typical tour.

 

How Much is the Cooking Rate per Person?

400.000 370.000 IDR / person (Currency Converter Here)

(include: English by Balinese teacher, hands on cooking, Recipe Booklet and apron to take home, Traditional market visit, organic farm tour, Transfer within Ubud area, one bottle water)

The cooking rate for Regular Class or Vegetarian Class is 400.000 IDR per person (Currency Converter Here), that will be including the pick up from Ubud area (if you stay outside ubud please arrange the transfer to Ubud Tourist Information Center).

Cooking Class Menu

There are 2 type of cooking class we have in general, they are Regular cooking class and the Vegetarian cooking class (both class can do at the same time). they will have different type of menus. please check the menu below for more details;


 

  • Regular Menu for Cooking Class

    1. Base Gede (Traditional spices paste)
    2. Sayur Urab (mix green salad with coconut and spice)
    3. Opor Ayam (balinese Chicken curry)
    4. Sate Lilit (Traditional Balinese Kebab made with Pork meat and Balinese spice)
    5. Tuna Sambal Matah (tuna with raw sauce)
    6. Tempe Asam Manis (Sweet Sour Temple)
    7. Pisang Goreng (Our Banana friters with coconut and melted palm sugar)

  • Vegetarian Class

    1. Base Gede (Traditional spices paste)
    2. Sayur Urab (mix green salad with coconut and spice)
    3. Tempe Manis (Permented Soybean with a sweet spice)
    4. Opor Tahu (balinese Tofu curry)
    5. Bergedel (fried corn with Balinese spice)
    6. Tum (Bamboo shoot wrap in banana leave)
    7. Pisang Goreng (Our Banana friters with coconut and melted palm sugar)
